Showers of Blessings

The Mc Fam gathered in for a shower to celebrate the twins today!  

Well, Scott and Cathy, Megan and Emily came yesterday.  They hung out with our kiddos and Tessa and played the day away.  They dressed up in the princess dresses and ran around the house being cute all day.  They were enamored with Grayson and Bryce.  (Okay, we all are!)

And, how cute are these little guys... We kept checking on them as they were falling asleep, and once they stopped fussing, Erin found them like this--just close enough to touch each other's hand and know they were together.  LOVE!!!

Sweet innocent little Emily, forced into orneriness by her father.  ;)  He always likes to leave me a surprise wallpaper on my phone.  I will admit, this one is much cuter than the usual!

Shower time!!!

The daddies took the older kids swimming during the shower.  They reported that the water was about 95 degrees, even after Dad pumped a couple inches of cold water on top, whew!

Shortly after this photo, Sylvia started feeling icky.  I think she is just overly exhausted after a week at camp.  She needs some rest!!  So, I stayed at Mom's & Dad's with Sylvia while she rested, and Jeremy took Annah and Caeden to visit Uncle Eric and Aunt Marti and the 7 Lopshire cousins.  Sylv and I were very sad to miss out, but the rest had a good time going out for supper and watching Puss In Boots.

What a blessing to spend some time with extended family!
