Since before she was born, Sylvia has been a thumb-sucker. When she was a baby and toddler, it was adorable and endearing. As she has grown, we have tried several times and various ways to stop the habit, and it has been a struggle. Finally a couple months ago, she just decided it was no fun anymore, and she just stopped. We had told her that her reward would be getting her ears pierced.
So, for Christmas, Sylvia received a gift card to Icing to get her ears pierced. She was more than excited to go, and only a little nervous. She did a great job, and is so pleased with her new ear decorations!
