Christmas Day in our home!

Merry Christmas!!!!!

What a sweet, fun day we had celebrating today!  The kids actually slept in a bit!

Our sweet little sleepyheads heading downstairs to see if Santa had come and brought them presents...

The stockings were hung by the window with care...

Daddy distributed the stocking stuffers...

We always open the stocking stuffers first.

We forgot to do the Christmas Eve gifts from Mommy & Daddy last night, so the first presents the kids opened were those--Christmas books.

Next, gifts from each other...

Annah received a gift card to Family Video from Sylvia and Caeden.

Sylvia received an LPS and money to buy another from Annah and Caeden.

Caeden received a LEGO set from Annah and Sylvia.

They all bought each other and Daddy gifts with their own money this year.

Caeden: a Nerf gun, aka "What I've wanted my entire life!"

Each kid got a bath poof and body wash.

(Have I mentioned that I LOVE the dollar store for Christmas presents?!)

The kids and I each got a Travel Bug!

Annah is very pleased with her new Bible cover/bag!

Caeden got a Lightning McQueen suitcase with a fleece blanket and pillow in it.  Now he has his own suitcase to pack when we go on trips.

Sylvia has wanted the Beauty & the Beast DVD her whole life.

The kids open a big gift for the whole family...

It's a Wii Fit Plus!!  Woohoo!

The kids got some nifty science kit things...Caeden's were tiny sprinkles that grow into marbles that bounce when put in water.  Too cool!

Of course, the LEGO set was put together in no time.

Jeremy and Annah played some Christmas duets this afternoon.

We enjoyed some of the beautiful snow today too!

Daddy got us some sleds to enjoy.

It was such a perfectly still day, the snow didn't seem too terribly cold.

Jeremy shovels like he is a snowblower!

We walked down the street and used our sleds on the big piles of snow the snowplows had made...our best sledding option here in the flat prairie of central Illinois. Heehee!
