We arrived in Honor, Michigan by mid-afternoon. We'd made reservations at the Honor Motel. Checkin was easy-peasy, and the owner/manager was incredibly helpful with maps, directions, and suggestions!
Since we just decided about 2 weeks ago to add this part of the trip, we had a bit of a time finding a place that could sleep 5 people at a reasonable price. Our little "cabin" motel room is very sweet and exceptionally clean. 3 double beds will do nicely for 2 nights.
Sylvia dubbed these the "freaky tikis."
We didn't hang around long this afternoon. We have adventures to get on to!
