Magic Kingdom 2nd Day

It's a gorgeous morning to be in the Magic Kingdom again!

This is our 4th day in the parks, and the kids have just been baffled by this family that seems to "follow" us everywhere we go. They started making comments to us parents about how they are starting to get freaked out because this yellow group really does seem to be at every park we're at, every attraction and ride. And they all have matching shirts that say, "Forma Family." The kids were sure they were a huge family reunion, but we finally looked at their shirts enough to explain to the kids that they are a big foreign tour group and the tour company is called Forma Family. So, they probably have big groups in every park and it's not actually the exact same people we're seeing everywhere they go. Heehee!

We rode the Mad Tea Party teacups! Well, the kids and I did. Annah and I shared a teacup.

At Disney World, when there are scrims up to hide construction or renovations, they have lovely art or inspiring quotations on the scrims. Love this one of the dwarfs in a Winnie the Pooh scene! It's around the Snow White's Mine Train construction near the Winnie the Pooh attraction...so they're all mixed up. Makes me smile.

We visited The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh for the first time and thought it was wonderful.

It was like stepping into one of my favorite childhood storybooks. I had the book and a read-along record of Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day when I was little, and this brings up precious memories!

Inside the ride, there was Pooh with his balloon up in the honey tree.

And the cars you ride in are big hunny pots.

Shannon found a nice hat in the gift shop.

This cracks me up, how different these two are...One trying pathetic puppy dog eyes just to see what he can get, and one knowing there's no way she's getting anything and loving a snuggle but acting sad about it. They are such suckers for stuffed animals!

Dawn and the kids walked through the misting machine on our way into Tomorrowland.

We are too cheap to buy the photos, and not too proud to take a picture of the picture. Ha!

There is a lovely walking path around the edge of the park between Tomorrowland and Fantasyland.

To try avoiding long lines for lunch at the new Be Our Guest restaurant, we arrived around 10:30.

Every detail is beautiful.

While in line, we could hear these suits of armor talking.

We ordered our meals on a touch screen here.

Then we received a magic rose which directed our server to us when our food was ready.

If you look carefully at the windows, you can see that it is snowing outside.

We sat in the Rose Gallery.

There may have been a very uncomfortable argument between me and my wonderful husband at about this point in the day. Or we could just choose to forget about that. Moving on...

After eating, we had to go look at the West Wing. Things look torn up in here. The Beast must have slashed all the drapes and portraits with his giant claws!
