apple blossoms

While hanging our sheets out on the clothesline this morning, I noticed apple blossoms flying from our sad, pathetic apple tree in the back yard. I smelled them on the wind too...ahhh!



Our apple tree is at the very back edge of our yard and literally half dead. It should be cut down. I couldn't believe that there were blossoms in it at all, and they were only in the top part...hard to get to for photos!

But our neighbor diagonally behind us has some very nice apple trees which are FULL of beautiful blossoms. It isn't far from our yard, and no one was watching me (I hope!) sneak into their yard to take photos...

It was much easier to get a close-up in their yard.
