Last Day of High School

Today was Annah's last official day of high school! 

She even let me take a traditional picture of her with her backpack on the front porch!

A few weeks ago, a few of the seniors were interviewed by elementary students, and today these girls that interviewed Annah did a presentation about her to their class!

Annah was officially recognized as part of "The Boys" today when they asked her to be in their picture in their caps and gowns!  These boys are her buddies, and they have been such good friends.

The seniors paraded through the halls of the school in their caps and gowns this afternoon, being congratulated by students, teachers, and members of the community.  

What a cool way to end their last day of school!

When we moved here almost 18 years ago, we knew absolutely nothing about the school district. We have grown to love Ridgeview schools and the community. It's been a wonderful place for Annah to grow up and learn and experience so much.  We can see God's hand in what others might call the "randomness" of us landing here, and we praise Him for unfolding His plan for us here!
