Caeden's JH wrestling team had a meet with 3 other teams today at the middle school in Monticello. I dropped Caeden and Miles off at school at 7:45--2 hours after Jeremy and Sylvia got there to meet the HS team for their tournament in Clinton. The boys said they were ready to get some "pins and wins" today! Annah and I picked Tracie up around 8:15 to head over to Monticello. Shortly after we arrived, the team started warming up.
Caeden had a forfeit in the first round against Prairie Central.
Ridgeview beat Prairie Central as a team!
Caeden's match against Monticello didn't take long.

Our friend Mick from church is the head coach of the Olympia team, and he teased Caeden for a second that he wasn't going to shake his hand because he beat one of his kids. (They had talked and teased each other earlier, and Mick had already told him it was ok to pin him.)
And he did shake his hand.
It was a great day! The team did well, and we all had fun!
When we got back to Arrowsmith, Caeden got a shower and did chores, then went to play at Miles' house. Tracie sent this picture of their Nerf war aftermath.
