Annah and Sylvia played in the Illinois State University String Project Spring Concert this morning. We always enjoy these concerts, and hearing how these students are learning and progressing.
Sylvia plays in the Vivace group.
Annah plays in the Sinfonia group, and today she also played in the group of 7th and 8th graders who performed Let It Go.
For the grand finale, all of the students in the String Project (over 120!) played 1812 Overture. It was very exciting to see and hear all of them together!

We love the opportunities the girls have through String Project. Though it isn't always convenient for us to get them there, and I may or may not have earned a parking ticket attending a parent meeting recently, it is worth the experience and learning they are having! ;)
