We have a group of people who are a very important part of our daily life, that we have covenanted with to walk through life together--our Life Group. Every 2 years our group multiplies into more groups, so this is the second life group our family has been part of. We meet every Monday night. Some nights we do a Bible study lesson. (Right now we're working on the Fireproof small group study.) Some nights we go out as couples, or just the girls, or just the guys will go out. We keep a running prayer list and pray for each other daily. To say it is a blessing in our life is a great understatement. These are our friends and our family, and we are glad to share our lives with them and learn from each other!

Tonight was a bittersweet one, as we got together to celebrate the Crowley family's next step in life. We have been praying with them for a long time about finding a new job for Todd, and are so excited about the way God brought it about for them! It was clearly directed by His mighty hand! Sadly for us though, they are moving away to Iowa this week.
So this evening was all about celebrating them, taking time to share memories we've had with them, giving them some gifts, and praying a blessing over them. (Of course, I had to be the one to start the crying, when Todd asked me to pray over the kids!) We love them so much, and they will just have to be part of our group long-distance!

This is the first time we've managed to get all the families together for a picture in the 1 1/2 years this group has already been meeting! What a fun crew! Love, love, love these people!!
