When we got up and around this morning and left the hotel in Greenfield, the snow was still on the ground and it was in the low 40's!  So strange for "Spring break!"  Tomorrow is April!  But, honestly, snow over spring break is kind of a midwestern tradition, it seems.

The best part of our unexpected overnight was that we got to have breakfast at Waffle House this morning!!!

Time to get on the road and get home...

Soon we were passing through Indianapolis...

And the snow went well past Indy.  We would've had hours in it last night if we'd tried to keep traveling...

It really was pretty though!

We arrived home in the early afternoon.  What a whirlwind trip!  But it was a wonderful one!
