Treasured Time with Family

The kids and I are having a great time on our last visit to Indiana for the summer!  

  Thursday we got to go to a picnic at Great Grandma McEowen's residence.  There were clowns with balloons, and Great Grandma even won a teddy bear for having the biggest smile.

Yesterday, we tried to help Gram clean the house.  Scott and Cathy arrived with their beautiful new baby Megan.  Erin and I had a funny fiasco trying to get some supplies at Wal-Mart and Kroger and ran into Amy Skinner with Brant.  

 

We found out yesterday that Annah will have Mrs. Tompkins for her kindergarten teacher, and that school will be starting a week later than anticipated due to renovations on the building!

Jeremy spent all day today at home working on the house.  He took out the window at the bottom of the stairs, as well as the plaster and lath boards around it, and installed a new window! 

Annah had never seen Krampa's Jaguar before since it's been in storage for 5 years.

She thought it was pretty cool...

She even got to "drive" it a little. ;)

The girls were absolutely thrilled to have a sleepover at Uncle Trav & Aunt Erin's house last night. 
This morning, Aunt Erin took them shopping and bought Sylvie new shoes (to replace the "flashy flip-flops Tiller thought were super cool;) and Annah a new dress.  They feel thoroughly spoiled.  

We tried to get a picture of Uncle Travis & Aunt Erin and the kids together, but it was a bit challenging...

Tonight, we got to see more of the Lopshire family than we even anticipated at dinner at Uncle Paul & Aunt Nancy's house! Aunt Martha, Uncle Don, Cousin Jody and Mark were all up from Arizona! Here are some of the little Lopshires together...

We sure are blessed to have great family!
