Tuesday after school Mr. O came looking for Caeden because he had wanted to play the card game "Set" with one of his classes that he is not in. Mr. O taught Caeden and Mr. M how to play, and they enjoyed a battle of the minds until Caeden had to leave for wrestling practice. I love how much these teachers care about my kids. 

On Wednesday, Jeremy had surgery on his hand. He broke his pinky finger during wrestling-basketball practice over a month ago, and despite a lot of pain, swelling, and bruising, he waited a month to have it checked out. 3 pins were put in during surgery today, and he will have a few months of physical therapy to do.  Since Annah is home and not working or in school, she got the honor of driving Jeremy to and from surgery. He was doing very well afterwards (even though he had general anesthetic) so she took him on some errands as well.

Just took a couple pics of things I'm thankful for at school...Sylvia spending her study hall in my office while I'm on lunch. My high school choir students enjoying fresh air and sunshine during "class" today...

Today was the seniors' last day of school, and Sylvia and Isabella came to have me sign their checkout sheets just before leaving. We all had tears!
